At the moment Instagram Stories and Snapchat are fairly similar in terms of UI and functionality. I will likely add this possibly at some point likely in a v5.x update

I plan to add support for videos at some point for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Vine. These would likely come in a v5.x update

I will look into updating WhatsApp UI for v5.0.
