Yes, the app is currently showing 4 Inch resolution and isn't fully optimised with 4.7" and 5.5" Inch devices. I have been working on this recently in fact and is almost done. I hope to ship this with v4.4 in August.

No, you only purchase the In-App Purchases once. Just tap on "Restore" in the Store and it will restore purchased content.

This should be fixable in v4.3.4.

Navigate to Settings > Manage Account > Profile Management > Instagram > Rebuild Posts.

If this doesn't fix this issue please get back in touch.

Would have to determine which User Profiles to use and how long each persons name is.
