Have you tried "Maintenance" and rebuilding the account?

You can already reply to tweets. Just tap the reply button in the tweet detail as you would in the Twitter app.

Just take a screenshot on your device. Then you share to wherever you desire.

It should say your Account ID from Settings app > Social Dummy.

No content gets deleted. It just clears all the cached data that's been stored locally in the background.

There is something already in-place - Tap with Two fingers anywhere when inside an account to exit and go back home.
