Instagram picture size

whenever I post an Instagram, the sizing is perfect when I’m editing but then I publish and the imagine kind of zooms in and cuts off along the top. Is there a way to make it so the pictures come out full sized and fit to screen? Kind of like the app no crop Instagram app
