MESSAGES BUG!

Hello, developers! I have a problem with the app, and the bug of avatars (they’re randomly changes)  when I make a screenshot through the chat options  (it’s always the conversation between three individuals). In other words, there are no side changes of avatars when two people participate in the conversation - the sender and the recipient; or when I take a screenshot using the phone buttons. I tried restarting the device, deleting and re-downloading the app, and creating a new account, but the problem remains urgent. Help me please!
