whenever i try to export an instagram post it exports the wrong post.

Fixed in v4.5. However this fix required this feature to be moved to pressing the 'bookmark' icon.
Im aware of this yes. Currently looking into this.
I have had a play around but haven't been able to reproduce. Could you tell me your device and iOS i can look into this more. Thanks

Hmm. I have the same device yet this has not happened to me.
An option I would ask is to navigate to "Account Maintenance" from the side menu and try rebuilding Instagram.
