hello I’m new to this and I’m trying to make an account on the app and every time I go to add a profile picture it freezes and the app glitches?? What do I do?

I haven't experienced nor has anyone else reported this since. May I ask what device, iOS and an useful steps to reproduce? Please ensure you have the latest update v4.4.5.
