Profiles
I wanted to know if it was possible to have different profile pictures for different accounts. Let’s say that I want to post something on Instagram, I do and it looks amazing, but then, if I want to post something on Twitter by the same profile, I have to change the profile picture.

The only way to achieve this is to make the account again. In the next update, this will be made easier as you'll be able to duplicate a user in one tap.
