Rearranging tweets

I would love it if there was a feature where we could rearrange tweets on timeline and accounts. No matter the date etc when I tweet something that was supposed to be tweeted before some tweets, i have to delete all those tweets first to be able to have them in the order i want. It would be helpful if we could rearrange them in the order we want after tweeting everything.
